Sit with straight spine. Raise the arms in front of the torso with the forearms parallel to the ground it shoulderheight. Bend the elbows so the fingers can point toward each other in front of  the throat center palms facing down. Bend the ring and little fingers under the thumb on the palm. Extend and touch the tips of the index and middle fingers to the tips of the opposite hand. Close the eyes to 1/10th open. Create precisely timed pattern pranayama: Inhale for 2 to 3 seconds. Hold the breath in for 5 seconds. Completely exhale for 10 to 15 seconds. Continue for 11 to 31  minutes. Then inhale deeply. Relax. This kriya will help the aspirant find the source creativity that is in the heart. It solves the problem finding how to make lucrative livelihood and satisfy the soul at the same time. 

This Projection explores sensations with a need for security or confirmation. It is receptive, enthusiastic and appreciative. It seeks certainty and stimulation by repetition. It is sensitive to past imprints from deep emotions exceptional events and strong personalities.
If too strong there is a tendency to idealize heroes, teachers and leaders. You confirm your value by what you find in others and what you can recognize and imitate.
If it is too weak you will be self-conscious and too critical. You will be reserved and full feelings you assume others can see.
Balanced it helps you to feel secure and you immerse your self into an experience or role without losing confirmed sense of your self and your own contribution. You can present, perform and advocate things you discover in the world to enhance both creativity and yourself.
